What does General Admission mean?
“General Admission” means that there are not any reserved seats. It will be a seat-yourself event, where you are able to choose whichever seat you prefer. Note that show nights tend to sell out. This might mean you’ll be cozy with your neighbour, but think of it as an opportunity to meet new friends!
I am coming with a group. Will I be able to sit together?
Pressed is a small-ish venue and it is usually packed on show nights. If you are a bigger group, you may want to arrive earlier to ensure you get to sit together. (The venue is open all day / evening, so arrival is whenever you want!) Otherwise, you may just have the opportunity to meet new friends!
On show night, do I have to bring a ticket or an email confirmation?
Nope. We will verify your name (the one you booked with) against a list at the door on the show night (so you don’t need to bring the Eventbrite or any email receipt).
Can I eat there?
Sure thing! Many people come early to get their pick of seats, have a bite and/or beverage. Pressed is licensed also. See here for the menu: https://pressed-ottawa.com/menu/
What are my transportation / parking options for getting to and from the event?
Limited parking is available on Gladstone. Additional parking on side streets, e.g., on the north side of Gladstone, on Bell and Arthur. Bus transportation: The # 14 goes past Pressed on Gladstone; the # 4 goes to Bronson / Gladstone (Pressed is 2 blocks west of Bronson). Details athttp://www.octranspo.com/
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make the concert, please know that your ticket money is going towards the artists and is in support of a very good cause: live music in Ottawa and also at Pressed.
