The AIDS Committee of Ottawa acknowledges and honours that Snowblower 2018, and as well as previous Snowblower celebrations, are held on unceded Algonquin Territory.
To open up the celebration, the AIDS Committee of Ottawa will be hosting a community clothing swap at Pressed Cafe on Wednesday, 7 March 2018 from 5pm-8pm. The clothing swap is open to all genders and age groups. There will be snacks and light refreshments at the event.
If you are donating clothes, please arrive 30 minutes early before the event.
Pressed has an accessible ramp on the entrance. Washrooms, however, are not wheelchair accessible. There will be staff and volunteers who will be ready to help with various accessibility needs. This is a free event.
Snowblower is Ottawa’s health and wellness festival for guys into guys. It is a fun, sexy, interactive, informative 5-day festival in March (7th-11th) that aims to bring gay men’s overall wellness to the forefront as well as a way to pass by the dreary winter season.
Proudly celebrating men’s sexuality in a sex-positive and inclusive way, Snowblower is the brightest 5 days of winter!!!
